The martinfeld Ranch was originally approved for its site plan in 2013.

the plan was approved for a farm stand, paintball field, and non-residential artist colony with the hopes of being able to promote arts in the catskill foothills.

Since then the farm stand had closed and a few years later the paintball business closed but the support of local artists as a place to work, study, share ideas, and grow ideas has remained.

Now we grow with the artists with a renewed focus on performing arts.
